Evaluation
Evaluation is part of your training certification. To be successful, and to be certified as a Yoga Teacher, the following criteria must be met:
- Full completion of all sections of the online program
- Final Written Exam (40 marks | multiple choice): 80% or higher is required to Pass (Note: you can attempt this exam as many times as you need to)
- Final Practicum Video Submission: 25-30 Minutes (Pass | Fail)
- Complete a minimum of 5 LIVE classes from the Your Yoga Flow Studio during the program. We do verify these details before we issue any certifications. (If you are unable to watch LIVE due to scheduling or different time zones, you can watch any REPLAY classes to fulfil this criteria)
What if you are unsuccessful in the evaluations? While this happens rarely, we will work with you & address areas of concern & then you will try again. You will not need to pay full program fees again.
Practicum Video Submission | IMPORTANT
Each student is provided 1 opportunity to submit their practicum submission, and that is included in the course fees.
If a student is not successful, they will be invited to submit 1 more video at a cost of $49USD.
There is a maximum of 2 opportunities, so please do take the practicum seriously. It IS the most critical part of the program.
Do you have to do the evaluations if you are not wanting to be certified? No, you do not need to do the evaluations if you do not wish to be certified. We highly suggest that you do, as it is excellent practice, but the choice is yours.
